Heidi Lynch first cut her teeth in the casting world in Toronto as an assistant at Powerhouse Casting, where the primary focus was on the commercial sector.
Since then, from real person casting (documentaries, charity ads, podcasts) to long-form narrative, Heidi Lynch's blend of experience from acting and producing gives her an empathetic and enthusiastic approach to finding the right people for the on-screen component of any project. She recently cast U.K. top talent Faye Marsay (Adolescence, Star Wars Andor, Ted Lasso) and Rosie Jones (Sex Education, Pushers) in her LGBTQ+ fishing doc series and is a casting associate on the new UKTV/Sony series Chocolate Wars for Fable Pictures in London, U.K.

Through research, postings and 2 years of pre-interviews Heidi found her dynamic group of subjects for the LGBTQ+ fishing docuseries Get Hooked (which features U.K. talent Faye Marsay and Rosie Jones). Available on Freeview/Amazon Prime in the U.K. and OUTtv in Canada. (newly aquired for TVO set to release in June 2026).

For these charity short films baby casting, permitting, and chaperone rules became a large focus (we are fully DBS checked). All of the talent were incredible and that led to the adverts being nominated at the 2024 Campaign Media awards.

Our proof of concept starring Chloe VanLandschoot (From MGM+) and Gwenlyn Cumyn (SloPitch) enabled the project to gain it's first financing partner. Slated for production in November 2026 for OUTtv.

This proof of concept/short film is set to film early September 2026. Our main cast came attached to the project (Ellie Moon, Karen Knox, Aaron Poole). Heidi will be casting for the supporting characters mid June 2026.
